Refund Policy

1. The Ice Bath Co.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Conditions. 

  • If you are not happy with your Ice Bath within the first 30 days you can request a full refund. We will do our best to resolve any potential issues either over the phone or with a site visit before hand. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange 

  • To be eligible for a return, your Ice Bath must not be damaged and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The Ice Bath Co. will arrange for collection of your Ice Bath at our cost. 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. 

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 14 days

2. Iced Tub

We always want to make sure that you, the customer, are satisfied with our service and product.

If you have any questions, concerns or issues regarding a purchase you have made we would be happy to resolve these as quickly as possible. Below we have explained briefly our refund policies and the types of refunds that can take place. You can find more details in our Terms of SALE (Terms of Condition)

Order Cancellation
 

From the moment you order you have 14 days to change your mind and receive a full refund back to the same method that you used to pay.  Under the distance selling regulations, this customer can cancel the order up to 14 days without giving a reason for cancelling.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013 gives consumers 14 days to cancel the contract.

However, if the order got placed over 14 days ago then we (Iced Tub LTD) reserves the right to refuse to accept the cancellation request.

If you wish to cancel your order after the cooling-off period (14 days), we can refund you back only 70% of the amount paid for the bespoke product and any of the coolers this applies from day 15 till day 27.

After day 28 from you placing your order you will be refunded only 50% of the order amount.


Order Returns


If not satisfied with the product you have received, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to let us know in writing via email (info@biofitbody.co.uk) of the concern or problem. We will endeavour to resolve the issue and if we are unable to resolve we will proceed with the procedure of returning the goods and issue a refund.

Upon arranged return we would uninstall and collect within 14 days of the return request and agreement to do so. This applies only for the territory of England. Orders from Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Europe and outside of Europe, will need to arrange the return via a pallet delivery which will be at the cost of the customer.


If an Iced Tub team comes to collect the product/s a full inspection will be carried out to ensure that the product is not damaged. Photos and videos will be taken as well during the process to insure that no damage was done to the product while removing it from your facility/ property. This means that if the bath gets damaged in transit by Iced Tub team  from your property to ICED TUB’s HQ we will not deduct any funds from your refund.  After this process is complete we will issue a refund of 70% of the amount you have paid within 14 working days from the moment the bath has been collected from your property.

If the customer needs to arrange their own return of the products to the Iced Tub HQ, They need to do the videos and photographs to send to info@biofitbody.co.uk along with their claim for return. This is done to show the condition of the bath and chiller. They may be asked to provide more photos or to make a video of the chiller and the bath working order. Then if the courier used by the customer damages or loses the goods, this will then result in us not being able to process the 70% of the refund or if it can be fixed, then that cost will be deducted from the refund.


A full inspection will be carried out of the iCedCold Chillers upon arrival at your facility/property if you have one to return. This will be to make sure it is working as it should (without damage) a refund of 70% of the amount paid for it will be returned back to you . 

If you have purchased one of our combo deals and wish to return only one part, we will adjust the refund amount based on which product is being returned. This means an IceBath will be refunded at 70% of purchase value and chiller at 70% of purchase value if not damaged. 

Refunds on all other items such as filters, chemicals or cleaning supplies, covers , stools etc. as long as they have not been used and are in their original condition) will need to be arranged with our customer support team here -

A refund will then be issued within 14 working days upon receipt of return. 

Note: delivery charged for delivery will not be refunded back if a customer has changed his mind and want to return the product.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
